Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Arizonaics! We take pride in our quality and value, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your selections, we’ll gladly issue a refund for the unused returned merchandise or we can exchange your unused returned items within 15 days of purchase.   If this sounds like a hassle, ask to talk to the boss about a discount code!  Either way, lets get out of the problem and into the solution.

Email us at: admin@arizoniacs.com with your order number, tracking number and a picture of your purchase.  And we can respond by next business day.  So sorry for the inconvenience, we will make it right.  If you are getting an exchange, pick one sticker on the house.  

Exchanges:

  1. Secure Your Package: Place your items in a secure package, removing or covering any old labels.
  2. Include a Note: Add a detailed note with your exchange request.
  3. Mail or (Drop Off 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your exchange request. If the item you requested is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

(Buzz kill) Pesky Shipping Rates

If shipping was not charged during the transaction, a fee of $6.95 for the first item and $2 for each additional item will be deducted from the refund amount. 

A $2 restocking fee for each item will be charged for cancelled items.

Special order items are non-refundable.
