Thank you for shopping with Arizoniacs! We take pride in offering quality gear and great value. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. We ship with in 2 days of ordering.  We stock 99% in our own warehouse. 

Refunds

We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. If you’d prefer, we’re happy to offer an exchange instead.

And hey — if this process feels like a hassle, just ask to speak with the boss. We might be able to hook you up with a discount code instead. Either way, we’re all about solutions, not problems.  


How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Your tracking number

  • A photo of the item

We’ll respond by the next business day. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, and we promise to make it right.

Exchange Instructions

  1. Secure Your Package
    Use a sturdy box or envelope. Remove or cover old shipping labels.

  2. Include a Note
    Write down what you’d like in exchange (size, style, etc.).

  3. Ship (or drop off) to:

    Drop-off hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  4. Email us the tracking number after you ship it.

⏳ Please allow up to 14 days for processing once we receive your package.
If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit.


Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • If your original order had free shipping, a $6.95 fee will be deducted for the first item, plus $2 for each additional item.

  • Cancelled items may incur a $2 restocking fee per item.

  • Special order items are non-refundable.
